Prep & aftercare

  • BeforeCome with clean lashes: no mascara, eye makeup or oil-based products.
  • First 24 hrsKeep lashes dry. Skip steam rooms, saunas and hot yoga.
  • DailyWash with lash shampoo and brush through with a clean spoolie.
  • AvoidOil-based removers, lash curlers and rubbing your eyes.
  • FillsBook every 2–3 weeks. Come with at least 40% of your lashes still on.

  • Late arrivalsAfter 15 minutes we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
  • GuestsAppointments are for the client only, so please come on your own.
  • RetentionFills arriving after 3 weeks may be booked as a new full set.

Frequently asked

How long do lash extensions last?

Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle. Most clients book a fill every 2–3 weeks to keep their set looking full.

Will extensions damage my natural lashes?

Not when they're applied properly. Each extension is placed on a single natural lash at a weight it can carry, and your lash health is checked at every visit.

What's the difference between classic, hybrid and volume?

Classic is one extension per lash, for a natural mascara look. Volume uses handmade fans of several fine lashes for a fuller look. Hybrid mixes the two.

Can I get a fill if my set was done somewhere else?

Yes, if the set is in good shape. Foreign fills are an extra $10. If the existing lashes need to come off, we'll let you know before we start.

How soon should I book a fill?

Every 2–3 weeks. After 3 weeks, too many lashes have usually shed for a fill, so it may need to be booked as a new full set.
